mentoring services

Leveraging professional training and practical experiences mentoring participants in Senior Executive Service Candidate Development Program and other aspiring/emerging leader programs, HMC provides unique, proven mentoring capabilities. HMC has been instrumental assisting professionals achieve their career progression goals.

  • INITIAL CONSULTATION: Free 60-minute session to discuss and establish mentoring goals and objectives. 

  • MENTORING SINGLE SESSION: Provides a 60-minute or longer opportunity for mentee to discuss specific topics with mentor and mutually develop strategies for effectively addressing matters. 

  • 3-MONTH PACKAGE:  Provides an opportunity for mentee and mentor to connect over a three-month period. This package include one 60-minute mentoring session twice a month, and one 30-minute check-in between sessions.

  • 6-MONTH PACKAGE:  Provides an opportunity for mentee and mentor to connect over a six-month period. This package includes one 60-minute mentoring session twice a month and one 30-minute check-in between sessions.

As a former Senior Executive, HMC Principal served as Vice Chairman of the Department of Homeland Security’s Senior Executive Service Candidate Development Program ERB.
